  • Sending you our monthly newsletter provided you have specifically subscribed to this;

  • Bookkeeping and any business and legal requirements.

We ensure the security of any personal information we hold by using secure data storage technologies and precise procedures in how we store, access and manage that information. Our methods meet the GDPR compliance requirement.

We store copies of all certified translations for five years. This is solely for the purposes of post- certification inspection. Any other non-certified translations or hard copies that we hold from you will be securely destroyed and/ or deleted from our records.

We are not responsible for any loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information sent over the internet or by post as we cannot guarantee data transmission is always secure. It is always your responsibility to keep your data secure.

Sharing your information

We do not share your information with third parties. However, we may need to share your data with third parties only in the following situations:

  • To any of our subcontractors to the degree that it is allowed by the scope of this privacy policy to successfully complete the assignment that your requested us to perform as per the terms of service;
